The Blood Squid is a unique flying Blood Moon enemy summoned by the Dreadnautilus. They attempt to close in on the player and fire crimson projectiles at the player, similar to Dreadnautilus attacks. They resemble regular Squids, but are red-colored and have multiple eyes on their bodies.

Trivia

The Bestiary entry for the Blood Squid: "Summoned in small groups by the Nautilus to aid their master in battle. Thick are the streams of blood squirted from their bodies."
