Bricks are a group of blocks with a rectangular pattern. All bricks have the word "Brick" in their name (however, Mudstone Brick is called Mudstone Block on  Old-gen console version,  Windows Phone version, and  Old Chinese version). Most bricks are crafted at a Furnace or a Workbench, but some can only be found. All brick types are impervious to environmental effects such as grass growth or the spread of the evil biome, with the exception of the Gray Brick, which can have moss grow on it. All bricks have no value when sold to NPCs. All metal bricks like gold bricks need the ore in their name to be crafted.
