The Cultist set is a vanity set purchased from the Clothier for 20 (set) after the Lunatic Cultist has been defeated. Its appearance is based on the clothing worn by Cultists, but its design is different from the robes worn either by normal Lunatic Devotes or the Lunatic Cultist itself.

• The Solar Cultist set consists of the Solar Cultist Robe and the Solar Cultist Hood, which are sold during the day.
• The Lunar Cultist set consists of the Lunar Cultist Robe and the Lunar Cultist Hood, which are sold during the night.

Solar Cultist Hood being replaced with the Lunatic Cultist Mask with Bright Orange Dye

• The Lunar Cultist set resemble that of the Lunatic Devotes at the Dungeon's entrance, while the Solar Cultist set are the same shape, but have the color theme of the unspawnable White Cultist Archer.
• While wearing the full Lunar Cultist set, the Lunar Cultist Hood can be replaced with the Lunatic Cultist Mask to make the player look like the Lunatic Cultist.
• While wearing the full Solar Cultist set, the Solar Cultist Hood can be replaced with the Lunatic Cultist Mask with Bright Orange Dye to make the player look like a Solar Cultist.
