The Floaty Gross are Flying enemies that spawn in the Underground Crimson once Hardmode is activated. They can go through walls and can inflict the Weak debuff. They are immune to all Debuffs except for the Frostburn debuff from the Frost Armor set, and the Ichor debuff. They, like all other Crimson Hardmode mobs, have a chance to drop the Meat Grinder, which is used to make Flesh Blocks and flesh furnitures. They also have a chance to drop Vitamins and their respective banner.

Floaty Gross are highly susceptible to knockback; this can be problematic, as a single hit may send them back through a wall, forcing you to wait to engage them again.
