It can be obtained from looting regular Chests found on or near the surface.
Notes
- Items reeled in while fishing are still placed in the player's inventory.
- The Encumbering Stone prevents items from being picked up, even if there's already an incomplete stack of said item in the player's inventory.
- It prevents items from entering the Void Bag as well.
