This article is a Aaron's Breastplate is an unobtainable item, only obtained normally by the games developers. The only way for players to obtain this item is via an external world editing program, client mods, or external server tools. Referencing its unattainability, the item's tooltip reads: "You shouldn't have this".
When equipped to anyone other than a developer, it inflicts the Blackout, Burning, Cursed, Confused, Slow, and Weak debuffs, as well as reducing the players armor to -1000 and severely restricting movement while causing quick, intermittent ticks of 5 damage until either the player dies, or the item is unequipped.
