A Jungle Sanctum is a structure that occasionally appears in the Jungle. A Jungle Sanctum is a larger version of a Jungle Shrine, having the usual Ivy Chest containing Jungle-themed items, along with Coin Stashes and various placed furniture.

- Jungle Sanctums were removed in the Mobile 1.3.0.7 update, no longer generating in worlds created in the 1.3 (and beyond) version. However, they still exist in worlds created in previous versions.
- Posted on the Terraria Forums: One Terraria, Re-Logic stated that its goal would be to "bring everyone together into a more unified experience." All console and mobile exclusive content would need to be removed.

- Jungle Sanctums contain Pearlwood Lamps, normally Hardmode furniture items, making them accessible in pre-Hardmode.
