The Magic Lantern is an item that summons a small glowing lantern that flies above the player, emitting light. The lantern will also expose nearby treasure for up to 18 tiles in the direction the player is facing and 13 tiles behind. It is sold by the Skeleton Merchant during the night of a full moon.
