The Monster Meat is a pet-summoning item which summons a Pig Man pet that follows the player around. It can be dropped from most Corruption/Crimson enemies with a 0.07*1/1500 (0.07%) chance. On The Constant seed, the drop rate is increased to a 0.2*1/500 (0.2%) chance.

Trivia

• The tooltip of the item is a reference to Willow's examination quote for the Monster Meat in Don't Starve.
• The tooltip of the buff is a reference to Woodie's examination quote for Pig in Don't Starve.
• The Pig Man follows an airborne character by holding an Umbrella from Don't Starve, ironically made of Pig Skin.
