Moonglow was introduced in the 1.0.5 patch.

It appears as a bent stalk with a blue-white flower. It grows in Jungle grass and can be cut with virtually any weapon or tool. There is also the chance of Moonglow Seeds dropping when a Moonglow is cut, particularly if the culling is done at night, when the plant is blooming.

Moonglow is an ingredient in four alchemy Potions*:

Mana Regeneration Potion - 1x Moonglow, 1x Bottled Water, 1x Daybloom, 1x Fallen Star

Magic Power Potion - 1x Moonglow, 1x Bottled Water, 1x Deathweed, 1x Fallen Star

Spelunker Potion - 1x Moonglow, 1x Bottled Water, 1x Blinkroot, 1x Gold Ore

Invisibility Potion - 1x Moonglow, 1x Bottled Water, 1x Blinkroot
