The Obsidian Brick Wall is a type of wall commonly found in the Underworld as the wall of Ruined Houses. On the  PC version,  Console version,  Mobile version, and  tModLoader version it can be crafted.

On  Old-gen console version,  Windows Phone version,  Old Chinese version, Nintendo 3DS version, and  tModLoader 1.3-Legacy version^Verify it has an alternative version which is even darker in color. The alternative version drops instead of the natural one when the natural version is destroyed, but can otherwise be used by the player as any other wall type.

 PC version

• Desktop 1.4.0.1: Can now be harvested from Ruined Houses. Can now be crafted from Obsidian Bricks; replaces the alternative Obsidian Brick Wall (latter version is removed from game).

• Desktop 1.0.6.1: Fixed a bug where breaking the wall with a hammer would produce raw Obsidian.

• Desktop 1.0.6: Introduced.
