Ocram's Razor is a secret boss summon item that can only be obtained and used in the secret ''Everything'' seed.

When used, it summons Mechdusa, an amalgamation of the 3 mechanical bosses who must be defeated to obtain the Waffle's Iron and progress the game. It cannot be crafted outside of the ''Everything'' seed and using it outside of the seed will do nothing.

On any world that wasn't generated with the Everything seed, its description says "It has no effect in this world".

Trivia

• This item's name is based upon Ocram, a boss that had a similarly crafted summon item (which used 2 Mechanical Eyes and 1 Mechanical Skull) before being removed from Terraria on most ports of the game.
• The name of the item is a reference to "Occam's Razor"--a term attributed to medieval philosopher William of Ockham which posits that the simplest answer to a question is the most likely to be correct.
• Rather than directly saying what the item summons, the description states "Summons ???". This is meant to fool players into believing that this item will summon Ocram instead of summoning Mechdusa.
• On the "Everything" seed, it is actually required to fight Mechdusa before progressing through the game. Attempting to summon each mech boss individually will not work.
