Palm Wood armor is an Armor set that consists of the Palm Wood Helmet, Palm Wood Breastplate, and Palm Wood Greaves.

Making this armor set requires the player to chop down Palm Trees, which can grow naturally in the Ocean and Oasis biomes or be manually planted using Acorns on Sand Blocks. Like the other Wood armor sets, it is fairly weak, and only useful very early on. It does provide a one defense bonus over the normal Wood armor, meaning if the player comes across the Oasis early on, it may be a wise idea to chop down Palm Trees to make this armor set as a minor upgrade.

Wearing a full set grants a basic 3 defense plus a set bonus of 1 defense, which equals a total of 4 defense.

Notes

• Boreal Wood armor and Rich Mahogany armor share identical stats. Because the player will encounter the Jungle or the Snow biome depending on which direction they travel, these armors are more readily available.
