The Papyrus Scarab is a Hardmode, post-Plantera Summoner accessory, that combines the abilities of the Necromantic Scroll and the Hercules Beetle. When equipped, it increases summon damage by 15%, increases minion knockback, and increases the player's maximum number of minions by one.

Notes

• "Minion damage" is in fact Summon damage, making stationary sentries and whips benefit from all of the increases as well.
• This accessory stacks with both the Hercules Beetle and Necromantic Scroll.

Trivia

• The Papyrus Scarab's name is based on two things commonly referred to in Ancient Egyptian lore: the scarab beetle, and the Papyrus being the leaf that Egyptian scribes used to write upon.
