It says it grants 10% increased attack speed, but it also says it grants 15% increased attack speed. Which is it?

- I corrected the information on the page, now it is 10% ~Thoorium -I don't know what happened to the version I created, but I still think we should remove both video until someone do a new one with the new armor. ~Thoorium
