The Release Doves are a consumable item sold by the Party Girl for 1 when in a Graveyard. Using the item releases three Doves, which fly around and disappear after 5 seconds.
Trivia[]
- Doves are a prominent Judeo-Christian symbol associated with funerals, remembrance, and rebirth. They are featured prominently in the Genesis flood narrative, in which doves are sent out from Noah's Ark to survey the aftermath of the flood.
- Releasing Doves is also a trick performed by magicians, and is likely sold by the Party Girl as they sometimes perform the trick at parties.
- Although they look and act like Critters, released Doves do not count towards the Bestiary, and they cannot be caught or hurt.
- Despite looking similar to Birds, the released Doves use a different type of AI from the Bird AI. This is most clearly shown if one releases both the Birds and the Doves in a closed room.
