Panic! is a buff granted to the player upon being hit with the Panic Necklace or Sweetheart Necklace equipped. The buff increases movement speed by 100% , and lasts for 5 seconds (but can be cancelled at any time by right-clicking the icon). This effect does not stack with the Hermes Boots' effect.
