The Sparkle Slime Balloon is a Hardmode novelty consumable item. When thrown at players, enemies, and NPCs, it will inflict the Sparkle Slime debuff for 30 seconds. This debuff is only cosmetic and deals no damage.

Queen Slime always drops 25–75 balloons upon her defeat. On the  PC version,  Console version,  Mobile version, and  tModLoader version, Jungle Mimics (which only spawn in Celebrationmk10 worlds) have a 33.33*1/3 (33.33%) chance to drop exactly 69 of them.

Trivia

• It can be considered a Hardmode counterpart to the Slime Gun.
• The tooltip is a reference to the "Gamer Girl Bathwater" product sold by Belle Delphine during 2019.
• The Jungle Mimic dropping 69 Sparkle Slime Balloons is a reference to the internet memes involving the number 69, and further ties into the mimic's joke item list, as well as fitting in with other "adult" jokes like Mourning Wood and Golden Shower.
