How can players obtain the Steampunker wings in Terraria? toggle section
In Terraria, players can obtain the Steampunker wings by purchasing them from the Steampunker NPC after defeating Golem. These wings are available in Hardmode and allow the player to fly temporarily by pressing and holding the jump key. Flight time is reset when the player rests on solid objects, including both standing on blocks and using climbing items like Ropes, Hooks, Shoe Spikes, and Climbing Claws.

What are some tips for building a steampunk house in Terraria? toggle section
Building a steampunk house in Terraria can be a fun and creative endeavor! You'll want to incorporate elements that reflect the steampunk aesthetic. This includes using materials like cogs, pipes, and gears, which can be crafted using the Steampunk Boiler, a special crafting station sold by the Steampunker. You might also consider adding wings to your house design for that extra steampunk flair. Remember, the key to a great steampunk house is a blend of Victorian elegance with industrial machinery. Happy building!

Notes

  • The Steampunker's move-in requirements do not expressly require a world to be in Hardmode. Summoning and defeating a mechanical boss in a pre-Hardmode world will allow the Steampunker to move in, though this can only be legitimately achieved by carrying over resources from an existing Hardmode world.
    • If summoned into a pre-Hardmode world this way, the Steampunker will not sell Cogs or the Steampunk Minecart until Hardmode has been attained in the given world.
  • It may be needed to re-defeat Eye of Cthulhu and Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu after the Steampunker arrives in order to buy the Steampunk Boiler.
  • The Steampunker does not sell Dark Blue Solution if moved to the Glowing Mushroom biome, but it is sold by the Truffle instead.
