I think there is a bug. I just mined crimtane ore with a bronze pickaxe. Can anyone else confirm?
- If you mean a Copper Pickaxe(There is no Bronze anything in terraria, let alone a pickaxe.) Then was the crimtane ore on the surface? Crimtane ore on the surface can be mined with any pickaxe. WelchDrew (talk) 20:49, 13 September 2014 (UTC)

- So, I was just checking around in the wiki and noticed that in the ios version of terraria that the copper pick has a chance of mining demonite ore. Could it be possible that an old bug resurfaced?
