Achievement Sting Operation Sting Operation Defeat the Queen Bee, the matriarch of the jungle hives. -
Achievement Boned Boned Defeat Skeletron, the cursed guardian of the dungeon. You can either talk to the Old Man to summon Skeletron or kill the Clothier with a Clothier Voodoo Doll equipped. Either must be done at night.
Achievement Dungeon Heist Dungeon Heist Steal a key from dungeon's undead denizens, and unlock one of their precious golden chests. -

Achievement Miner for Fire Miner for Fire Craft a molten pickaxe using the hottest of materials. -

Achievement Buckets of Bolts Buckets of Bolts Defeat the three nocturnal mechanical menaces: the Twins, the Destroyer, and Skeletron Prime. -
Achievement Drax Attax Drax Attax Craft a drax or pickaxe axe using hallowed bars, and the souls of the three mechanical bosses. -
Achievement Photosynthesis Photosynthesis Mine chlorophyte, an organic ore found deep among the thickest of flora. Placing Chlorophyte Ore down and then mining it also grants the achievement.
Achievement Get a Life Get a Life Consume a life fruit, which grows in the thick of subterranean jungle grass. Using one at 500 life will still work.
Achievement The Great Southern Plantkill The Great Southern Plantkill Defeat Plantera, the overgrown monstrosity of the jungle's depths. A reference to the Pantera's eighth album, "The great southern trendkill".
Achievement Temple Raider Temple Raider Breach the impenetrable walls of the jungle temple. A pickaxe stronger than a Picksaw must be used to break Lihzahrd Brick
Achievement Lihzahrdian Idol Lihzahrdian Idol Defeat Golem, the stone-faced ritualistic idol of the lihzahrd tribe. -
Achievement Robbing the Grave Robbing the Grave Obtain a rare treasure from a difficult monster in the dungeon. It must be a rare drop from a Hardmode post-Plantera enemy.
Achievement Big Booty Big Booty Unlock one of the dungeon's large, mysterious chests with a special key. -
Achievement Fish Out of Water Fish Out of Water Defeat Duke Fishron, mutant terror of the sea. -
Achievement Obsessive Devotion Obsessive Devotion Defeat the Ancient Cultist, fanatical leader of the dungeon coven. -
Achievement Star Destroyer Star Destroyer Defeat the four celestial towers of the moon. The name is a reference to a space shuttle in the Star Wars franchise
Achievement Champion of Terraria Champion of Terraria Defeat the Moon Lord. -
Achievement Bloodbath Bloodbath Survive a blood moon, a nocturnal event where the rivers run red and monsters swarm aplenty. -
Achievement Slippery Shinobi Slippery Shinobi Defeat King Slime, the lord of all things slimy. -
Achievement Goblin Punter Goblin Punter Triumph over a goblin invasion, a ragtag regiment of crude, barbaric, pointy-eared warriors and their shadowflame sorcerers. -
Achievement Walk the Plank Walk the Plank Triumph over a pirate invasion, a group of pillagers from the sea out for your booty... and your life! -
Achievement Kill the Sun Kill the Sun Survive a solar eclipse, a day darker than night filled with creatures of horror. -
Achievement Do You Want to Slay a Snowman Do You Want to Slay a Snowman? Triumph over the frost legion, a festive family of maniacal snowman mobsters. You must initiate the event with a Snow Globe. These can only be legitimately obtained during the Christmas season; reference to Disney's Frozen
Achievement Tin-Foil Hatter Tin-Foil Hatter Triumph over a martian invasion, when beings from out of this world come to scramble your brains and probe you in uncomfortable places. Reference to the "Mad Hatter", a term used to call hatters when they take in high concentrations of mercury.
Achievement Baleful Harvest Baleful Harvest Reach the 15th wave of a pumpkin moon, where evil lurks among the autumn harvest. You must initiate the event with a Pumpkin Moon Medallion at night.
Achievement Ice Scream Ice Scream Reach the 15th wave of a frost moon, where the festive season quickly degrades into madness. You must initiate the event with a Naughty Present at night.
Achievement Sticky Situation Sticky Situation Survive the slime rain, where gelatinous organisms fall from the sky in droves. -
Achievement Real Estate Agent Real Estate Agent Have all possible town NPCs living in your world. There are a total of 21 NPCs, not including Traveling Merchant, Old Man, Skeleton Merchant, and Santa Claus

Achievement Gelatin World Tour Gelatin World Tour Defeat every type of slime there is! There are a total of 24 different types of slimes in Pre-Hardmode and Hardmode.
Achievement Fashion Statement Fashion Statement Equip armor or vanity clothing in all three social slots. -
Achievement Vehicular Manslaughter Vehicular Manslaughter Defeat an enemy by running it over with a minecart. Killing an enemy with the Mechanical Cart's lasers will also work.

Requires Pygmy Necklace, Necromantic Scroll, Papyrus Scarab, Summoning Potion, Bewitching Table, and Tiki armor. See here for more. (Note: Having 8 Minions and 1 Sentry will work. Sentries do not count towards the minion limit, making it a little easier.) Can also be done with the Stardust armor

Achievement It Can Talk It Can Talk?! Build a house in a mushroom biome and have Truffle move in. It must be above the surface for the truffle to move in.

Notes

  • The nine trophies without a corresponding achievement are: Appease the Volcano Gods, Back for Second, Completionist, Gone in 60 seconds, Hellevator, Homicidal, Is This Heaven?, Leap a tall building in a single bound, and Safe Fall.
  • The Funkytown achievement on PC can be gained when you are in a mushroom biome and use the magic mirror.
  • The achievement "Champion of Terraria" had a different image before the release of 1.3, as not to spoil the surprise of what the final boss would look like before 1.3 was released. It was a silhouette of the Moon Lord, only showing the eye at the top of his head and his shape.

    • Fixed certain achievements not being obtainable in multiplayer (you should now be able to get them all). (i.e. Baleful Harvest or Ice Scream)
    • Fixed fishing achievements not being counted on Steam or resetting on startup.
  • 1.3.0.3:
    • Fixed 'event' achievements not being granted in multiplayer ("You can do it!", "It's Hard!", "No Hobo" and so on)
    • Fixed 'Funkytown' achievement will no longer be granted after respawning from death in the glowing mushroom biome.
    • Fixed achievements menu slider bar hanging on top of screen if all filters are disabled.
  • 1.3.0.1: Introduced Steam achievements for PC players.
