How is this even possible to catch? I've run into about 30 of them already, but they die off-screen EVERY time. I know they do because I see their dead body and head in random places near enemy spawns. They literally spawn on top of an enemy EVERY time. Someone please explain this?
- It would probably be easier to catch pre-hardmode, when the enemies are less likely to kill the snail, or near your Truffle's house, since NPCs reduce enemy spawnrates. Amdethe (talk) 03:16, 23 March 2014 (UTC)
