Spawn Rate[]
Did 1.4 increase the spawn rate? I've seen them thrice now in the course of 2 days, whereas before, I only saw one ever. Khirman1 (talk) 21:57, 21 May 2020 (UTC)

Incorrect note about aggressiveness[]
"Despite popular belief, Pinky is an aggressive slime and will attack players on sight." Nope. Pinky spawned above ground is neutral, Pinky spawned underground is hostile. Same as all other slimes. Not always pink[]

- It's definitely lighting, which can drastically change colors of everything (compare daylight and sunset). It's very unlikely that there are several different types of Pinky, at least because there are no such cases among other enemies. --178.141.117.237 17:10, 30 May 2011 (UTC)
- oh yeah? what about the heads of the devourerers in the corruption before 1.0.5? they had irreglar enemies like slimes or an EoS head attached, and very rareley fire-imps (that didnt cast and parry attack you) apeared as its head, apparently it was a rare bug that made the game easier until fixed. Jungle pinky[]
