- To become a mod at the forum, you'd need to learn and follow their rules, and participate there long and well enough to become recognized as an asset to their operations, with quality contributions that improve the forum's quality. To become an administrator here at the wiki, you'd basically have to do the same, only here, at the wiki. Either of these things takes a while -- you can't just fill out an application.
