滴滴怪是只会在血月期间生成的飞行敌怪。它悬浮在地面以上并缓慢的飘向玩家，但大多数武器都能轻易将其击退。它会以很低的概率掉落鲨牙项链、钱币槽或[[血泪|]]。

备注

• 在白天，滴滴怪会忽略任何玩家并飘走，最终消失。
• 任何时间都可以用滴滴怪雕像召唤滴滴怪。这样召唤来的滴滴怪物品掉落率更低，不会掉落血泪、并且如果是被机关杀死的就不会掉落任何物品。

花絮

• 在美术效果、生成条件、和物品掉落方面，滴滴怪非常类似于血腥僵尸。
• 滴滴怪看起来有些类似于血肉墙面具。
